まるすそば・うどん立ち食いセンターMarususoba Udon Tachigui Sentaa
This standing soba shop just opened in month 3 of Reiwa 7. Our Kanto-style broth combines a special kaeshi seasoning with an additive-free stock made using plenty of bonito flakes, frigate tuna flakes, mackerel flakes, and other ingredients. Please stop by when you are in the area (parking for 5 cars). Takeout is also available. We open from 5 in the morning.

A standing-style shop along Keyaki-dori Opening hours are from 5 in the early morning to 14:30 It is a little far from Kiyose Station's north exit, but there is parking (5 cars) behind the shop Since it opens at 5 in the morning, it is always busy from early on with customers filling up before work You order from the staff at the counter directly ahead when you enter and pay upfront This time I had regular soba with げそ天 and a half portion of 生姜天. It was 750円 The firm noodles are slightly thick, like rustic soba. Because they are thick, even the regular portion is filling The soba broth is dark and slightly tangy, but has the moderate saltiness typical of Kanto-style fish-flake broth, just to my taste♡ The tempura is generally fried in advance, so the coating is hard. Biting straight into it could injure your mouth and cause a blood blister, so soak it in the broth and eat it once softened lol Be careful, as the designated parking spots behind the shop seem to have changed recently
View on GoogleThis is where the ramen shop 五坊 used to be. The interior is small, but there is parking for cars and bicycles. It is a little far from Kiyose Station, so it might be somewhat inconvenient for people exploring food spots by train? The soba is thick and there is a wide range of tempura. Everything is delicious and cheap! The 紅生姜天 is bright red lol. But it is not as sour or spicy as it looks, and it is addictive. Half portions are available too (for the red ginger and several other tempura items), so first-timers might want to try a half portion. Be careful to eat the red ginger quickly, as it gets soggy in the noodle broth and turns that lovely stock into ginger-flavored broth. Or, better yet, place it on top of another piece of tempura. The soba is always so good that I have not tried it yet, but I would like to try the udon next time!
View on GoogleI usually cycled past, but it gets quite a few customers for such a small shop. I really wanted to try it, so I went at 2:20 on a weekday (just before closing), and there were 3 customers already there. The middle-aged (?) woman at the shop was friendly. Since it was my first visit, I played it safe with soba and kakiage. It is self-service, of course. The bowl was hot, so I worried whether I could carry it to my seat, but it was fine. The soba was thick, so I asked whether it was homemade, and she said no. As for the stock, let me first say that I have Kansai tastes and prefer everything lightly seasoned: it was “extremely salty.” I thought it would probably suit people who like salty flavors. Perhaps it goes without saying, but there are no rice dishes at all. Cash only. Parking for 5 cars behind the shop. From Kiyose Station (north exit), follow Keyaki-dori straight ahead; it is on the left, just before 「JA東京みらい清瀬支店」. Opening hours (5:00~14:30), closed (Thursday・Sunday), but there are occasional extra closures and openings, and it may close early if ingredients run out. Apparently they always post the latest information on 【X】 (formerly Twitter).
View on Google『まるす そば・うどん立ち食いセンター』 A breakfast bike ride from 5 in the morning Akina Nakamori always welcomes you 16 minutes on foot from Kiyose Station Even though it is far from the station, it is quite busy Some people come by car or motorbike to eat Thick soba and delicious stock All the tempura portions are generous Perhaps it is because the meal is so filling! This time Soba (small) topped with 春菊天, 茄子天, and ゲソ天 ¥820 Enjoyed it, delicious😋
View on GoogleMy first visit to 「まるすそば・うどん立ち食いセンター」 in Kiyose. Arrived at 12 on a Saturday in month 8. There is parking for 5 cars behind the shop. As the shop's name suggests, the interior has only a counter. Ordered そば大盛り (530円) + ごぼう天 (130円). Ready in 30 seconds. Time to eat. The soba is slightly thick with a firm texture. The broth is seasoned slightly sweet. The ごぼう天 is very generous. Thank you for the meal. I will visit again.
