Indeed delicious five-ingredient fried noodles (gomoku yakisoba)😋 I often eat it for lunch alone Because the owner cooks by himself, when it's crowded, the serving might be a bit slow. But, the taste is outstandingly delicious

I'm on a food tour. I'm on a ramen food tour in Kiyose City, but because I go too often, I came to a Chinese restaurant. I entered around 18:00 but there were no customers. I ordered San-ramen. Gyoza set 1080 yen. Cheap, isn't it. The interior is old but kept clean. There are tissues on the table, very kind. Water was provided with a pot. Although I was alone, I was allowed to sit in a four-person seat. Well, the first bite. It feels like Chinese restaurant ramen. Sweet and sour and delicious!! The chopsticks are the reusable plastic type. Sweet and sour sauce wraps around the noodles. The gyoza is also reasonably delicious. It feels like a town Chinese shop. There is also shredded cabbage with dressing and almond pudding. I'm glad I ordered San-ramen. Regular ramen probably wouldn't win, so I ordered San-ramen. If I come again, I will eat San-ramen again. The taste is very ordinary. Not not delicious. But for me who rates artistic value highly, the score is 3.

If the shop is in the basement, the situation inside the shop is unknown. Going down the spiral staircase also makes me hesitate. Inside the shop, it was so cold! The seat I got happened to be under the air conditioner, so it was very cold. I regretted wearing short sleeves and shorts. There are so many menus. I am amazed they can make everything. And overall I think it's cheap. Lunch is also surprising because it's a set at this price. As for the taste, there is no problem. I realized again that the taste of Chinese cuisine really depends on the chef. I ate mapo ramen, the spiciness was just right, and the amount of tofu was also just right. A shop where you can eat quickly without thinking about anything. As long as you don't think about the entrance.

Very close along Fureai-dori, Kiyose Station South Exit. Came around 10:30 PM. The interior on basement floor 1 is centered on table seats and is quite spacious, not new but a calming space. There are many menus. That is a characteristic of an authentic Chinese restaurant. Ordered ramen (600 yen) + grilled gyoza (350 yen) + medium draft beer (480 yen). The ramen is light shoyu-based, the noodles are medium-thin, regular ramen with lots of bean sprouts. Would tantanmen have been better? The gyoza is crispy and fragrant, chewy and delicious. When looking at the menu, I thought the various 300 yen single-plate dishes and the 650 yen lunch time set until 3 PM are very profitable. If you want to aim for it, I recommend coming during lunch time.
