I hope this place will have English support in the labels and explanatory notes of the artwork, although I must say that the curators do their best to arrange and display items and artefacts in thematic order that could be understood (somehow) by foreign visitors. But if the foreign visitors want to understand better the local history of the city and the neighboring areas, the staff should level-up their work.

Nice experience

I visited for the 「野島慎一郎のバカレシピ展」 (Shinichiro Nojima's Silly Recipe Exhibition) held in the gallery in May 2026. Of course I really enjoyed the silly recipe exhibition I came for, and it was also nice to enjoy the many local history materials on display on the 1F. There was also a photo spot where I could take pictures.
