The gyoza here feels just right for me. If it's 6 boiled gyoza, a slightly hungry stomach can be well satisfied. I usually use the Higashi-Nagasaki Station front branch near my workplace, so this is my first time here. The brown rice fried rice and gyoza set is my recent favorite. Along with the bill, a survey paper was provided. It's important to listen to customer opinions widely and use them for operational improvements, isn't it?

Today I ordered the chanpon from the fair menu. The Milky Chanpon uses soy milk, so it's light, not cloying, and with plenty of vegetables, I finished it all! The whole wheat noodles are smooth and firm, very satisfying to eat.

Since it's called Gyoza no Manshu, I ordered gyoza. There is no sauce. There is no momiji-oroshi (grated spicy radish). For ramen, I ordered the Shin-Toko Ramen. It was egg soup. I can make it too. I don't see any merits at all. The proportion of the skin is large, and the first bite feels like eating flour. Even though it's a gyoza specialty shop, there's only chili oil, vinegar, and soy sauce! There was no special sauce. There was no momiji-oroshi. Since it's a gyoza specialty shop, I want them to develop a special sauce. For ramen, I ordered the Shin-Toko Ramen and there were no merits. It was egg soup ramen. I can make it too. No merits. The seasonings are covered in dust and oil. I will never come again. It was a pity.

Used on a Sunday evening. I thought it was peak time, but it wasn't very crowded. However, from the moment I entered the shop, I felt the rough handling of the tableware. While eating, I heard clattering sounds from the dishwashing area, which was very unpleasant. Sounds like throwing a bundle of chopsticks, sounds of stacking small gyoza sauce plates carelessly. It's not that it's not delicious, but the atmosphere is bad, so it doesn't taste good.
