[Huge Portion] Meat and vegetable stir-fry 600 yen + large rice (also a huge portion) 350 = 950 yen. The price of rice has gone up by 100 yen since a year ago, but the vegetable stir-fry price has remained the same; it's truly a legendary shop. Beyond the price, I think the vegetable stir-fry is incredibly delicious. There's so much sauce that it spills onto the table. Once you've finished the vegetables on the side, it's best to dissolve the grated garlic on the table into the sauce. I only use it for lunch, but there are few customers eating, so I feel a bit out of place. Most are regulars having a banquet, but they are harmless and it's actually a heartwarming sight. Everyone, please give it a try.

Open continuously from 6 AM to midnight. This is very helpful. There seem to be many regulars, and the staff and customers are all chatting happily. There's no sense of being an outsider at all. Various types of ramen, rice bowls, and gyoza. Town-style Chinese restaurants (machi-chuka) are great, aren't they? Wantan-men with old-school soy sauce soup. Classic-style naruto. For some reason, the gyoza skin is so mushy that when you pick it up with chopsticks, all the filling falls out. This gets a 2... terrible. Perfect for the end of a drinking session!!

I'm on a ramen tour. I came for lunch on New Year's Day. Perhaps because everywhere else is closed, there were already 6 customers. There are only counter seats, and I think it seats about 15 people. Everyone was drinking since noon; they seem to be regulars. Inside the shop, unlike typical ramen shops, it's noisy. The shop itself is old but kept clean. You order verbally. The staff was also drinking beer given by customers while cooking. I ordered the shoyu ramen. It's 700 yen, a very reasonable price. I drank the soup. It has a light taste; I can't say it has high artistic value, but it's delicious. The noodles are medium-thick, and unfortunately, they don't feel like they cling to the soup. The taste is a bit thin. I'm grateful for the large amount of green onions. The menma is store-bought. The wakame is also average. The chashu was the old-school ramen shop type—tough but tasty. If you scoop the soup with a spoon and eat it with the noodles and green onions, it's delicious. Regulars kept coming in one after another. This shop is supported by regulars. Overall, it's okay, but it's not a shop you come to for artistry or technique. Well, it's just a normal ramen shop. Oh, by the time I finished eating, the soup was completely cold, so it should be served hotter. Also, the staff might not know, but the naruto is placed upside down. Naruto should be placed with the 'no' pattern. It shows a lack of professionalism.

A very atmospheric town-style Chinese restaurant (machi-chuka) at the south exit of Kiyose Station. Only counter seats and they are open continuously, which is great. I ordered the miso ramen because the shop's name is 'Ezo'. Lots of bean sprouts and a gentle taste. It's perfect for a final dish for the drunken customers who are common here. The menu is reasonable overall. It seems it appeared on 'Machi-chuka de Nomouze' as there was a poster.
