(Posting date・visit date) 2025・1・30 五目ソバ(900円) 麻婆豆腐(600円) Seems to be family-run. Aimed for opening time and was first in. Basically, the son? does the cooking. The owner cleans. The lady handles service. As expected, they were extremely wary of me.😓 五目ソバ Oh, neatly prepared. Showa-era workmanship indeed. Careful too. Of course, there's datemaki as well. But it's soy-sauce-based. A somewhat tiring flavor. A shame. All the toppings are fairly large. Not many vegetables because prices are soaring. Seaweed is unusual. ⭐️3.5 麻婆豆腐 Hm? Pale color. Suspicious. A bite. Hmm, no heat. No punch at all. Small portion too. Carefully prepared. ⭐️2.5 The work is careful. But it feels unchanged from the old days. Nobody came in despite it being lunchtime. The service & smiles at checkout were wonderful.👏👏😄
View on Googleタンメン:700円 The noodles are soft. The ingredients are pork, cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, and wood ear mushrooms. The vegetables came in a suitable portion. Since the ingredients aren't stir-fried in oil, the soup has a clean, light finish. Thank you for the meal!!
View on GoogleI had a work site nearby and went several times. The オムライス is fantastic. The meat is large and delicious too. A lovable neighborhood Chinese restaurant with lots of site workers and regulars.
View on GoogleThe quintessential neighborhood Chinese restaurant. Nothing more, nothing less. A place that makes you want to try the other dishes too.
View on GoogleI'd been curious about this restaurant for a little while. I'd been to this area decades ago, and the nostalgia was another reason I decided to visit. I ordered 半チャーハン and ラーメン. The fried rice had separate grains, with light, fluffy rice and egg; it was delicious. Personally, I thought a tiny bit more saltiness would have been nice. The ramen was a nostalgic soy-sauce ramen, with soup that wasn't overly salty, and it was delicious. Next time I visit, I think I'll order something else.
