Nice cozy place with character! Menu is all in katakana. They have several coffees (mild blend, American, cafe au lait, etc). I had the hot chocolate which came with a Oreo cookie. Most items are 400 to 600 yen.

I visited around 16:30 on a weekday. There were no other customers, so I had the place to myself. The interior has quite a few paintings and little objects on display. It's visually busy, but somehow calming. I ordered a blend coffee (500円 including tax). The acidity and bitterness are well balanced (not to my personal taste). It's quite close from the back entrance of Tabata Station. You can get there in about 2 minutes. There are lots of chain establishments around Tabata Station, so independently run places like this are precious. I'd like to stop by again if I get the chance.

A distinctive café south of Tabata Station. I had mild blend coffee and cake. The rich sweetness of the chocolate was just right and seemed to pair nicely with the coffee. The comfortable atmosphere was lovely too. It may not be what you'd call stylish, but the space reflects the owner's particular tastes and care.
