I bought the negitoro zuke-don, 650 yen (tax included) with the bag fee added. I didn't get a large serving, but large was free (^^)d The negitoro has low stickiness and is loose and smooth; I don't mind fillers at all, but it'd be nice if it had a bit more chunkiness or stickiness. The marinated tuna was marinated just right, and the lean akami was delicious. I'd be happier with a slightly higher proportion of akami, but considering sales, I guess it can't be helped _(^^;)ゞ They sell ara-jiru at the storefront for around 80 yen. P.S. Takeout is cheap so 😌 it was just okay 🥹 I ordered delivery twice maybe? 😄 Since it costs more, the toppings were better 😉

At this price, with this taste, 4 stars. Taking a little time to make it is proof they make it properly. The downside is that cards aren't accepted.

It was so good ♡ Got the maguro-zukushi don (1300 yen) to go! A bowl with 2 slices each of akami, bintoro, and chutoro, plus negitoro. Extra rice seems to be on the house, so I didn't hold back and got a large serving of rice, but in the second half I ran short of toppings lol Personally, I think it'd be better balanced if they added a bit more negitoro. The chutoro had lovely marbling and just melted! It was delicious!! Gari and takuan came on the side, but the takuan's coloring transferred all over the sashimi, so it didn't look great. Next time I'm passing nearby, I'd like to order by phone.

It was really delicious. Above all, the vinegared rice, the foundation of sushi, was absolutely superb. The gari is tasty too; you can tell they do good work. I'm looking forward to deciding what to buy next time.
