Tsukemen Fukuya has been slightly renovated, and opened again with a new name "Kajiwara Seimenjo". The chewy texture of the tsukemen and the thick soup are as well-balanced as ever. Maybe the noodles have been upgraded. Next door there is a Jiro-style shop with a line, but here you can usually sit down immediately. For me, the oily one is tough, so I always choose this shop.
View on GoogleI ate spicy tsukemen level 3 large portion. The staff was friendly (^_^)
View on GoogleTsukemen is better eaten with spicy, plum, ginger, etc. than eaten normally because the sweetness of the dipping soup will stand out, so it is recommended. If you add vegetable toppings, you can also taste the crunchiness, so I like it. Recently the staff has changed frequently, so I was worried about the taste, but I was relieved because it hasn't changed.
View on GoogleSince the one next door is a popular shop (although I've never been there), I wondered how it was? But I could eat with peace of mind because of the standard seafood taste. Since it's not an oil type, I feel calm. It feels like 3.8 stars, but I gave it 3 because the topping was ordered incorrectly.
