This restaurant retains a distinctly Showa-era atmosphere. The light, salt-seasoned broth pairs beautifully with the slightly soft, medium-thick noodles, making for a very delicious tanmen. If you like neighborhood Chinese restaurants, it might be worth a visit.

The ratings were fairly high and I'd been curious for a while, but the timing never worked out, so this was my first visit. An elegant elderly lady runs the place alone, and I ordered ramen & gyoza. It's soy sauce-based Tokyo ramen, but something is missing. It isn't bad, but the price is far too high. Still, I hope she keeps doing her best. By the way, there are no set meals.

Ramen 500円, fried rice 700円, bottled beer 600円 (with chashu and menma). The ramen is old-fashioned soy sauce ramen, and the fried rice is lightly seasoned and simple.
