One of the Ringer Hut chain of Nagasaki style noodles. One kind is sort of like ramen, but with a seafood slant, and the other kind is sort of like chow mein. Filling but not great.

I ordered 1.5 times the noodles, but such an outrageous amount arrived that I wondered whether it really was 1.5 times. I eat quite a lot, but it was so big I wasn't sure I could finish it. I think the value is incredible. Still, the flavor was repetitive, so I got a little tired of it toward the end,, (though that's my responsibility for ordering it, sweat) But to be clear, it was delicious. Japanese restaurant chains really are amazing. Thank you for the meal.

It really is reliable. I had it for the first time in a while, but maybe there's less veg than before? With rising prices, I guess it can't be helped! It was very delicious.
