After about 10 years of training as cooks in various places, in December 2020 we opened "LIT kitchen" as a shop and prep kitchen. Our food truck "ADDICT FOODTRUCK," which started full operations in April 2022, sets up mainly in office districts around Tokyo. Inside our meticulously built food truck, equipped with an oven and a griddle, we make hearty, generously portioned pork bento🐖🔥

A nice small restaurant which serves reasonable lunch dishes. I've never visited here in the evening, it seems they will be a bar.

【LIT kitchen】, a bar about a 3-minute walk from Nishigahara Station on the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line Besides the restaurant, they've expanded in lots of directions, like a food truck, apparel, and handmade accessories~. I was super curious about the exterior with just the single character "豚" (pork) written on it, so I went~. Inside there's only counter seating. Unfortunately their signature pork ginger was sold out, but I ordered the buta toro shogayaki! The buta toro is piled boldly onto a sizzling hot plate, and it comes with ginger rice, soup, and 2 side dishes. This time it was kimchi and curry-flavored macaroni~. The ginger and green onion sauce goes perfectly with the buta toro, so it's super tasty~. The size of the buta toro is just right too~. They even served a drink at the end, so I was satisfied~. Next time I want to eat their signature pork ginger, and it looks like they're open at night too, so I'd like to try going~.

This is my second time here for lunch. Drawn in by the slogan of the NO.1 repeat rate, I had the "Buta Toro Shogayaki." The pork is delicious‼︎ The cabbage and noodles grilled on the hot plate are fragrant, no complaints at all. This time I was satisfied with the big piece of pork in tomato sauce. The sweet pork fat is the source of the flavor; a shop I recommend.

I had the buta toro shogayaki. The meat was on the tough side, the seasoning was heavy on black pepper, and it was oily and salty. People who like hearty food might like it. Under the buta toro there's a bed of thick-noodle yakisoba. Personally, what was especially disappointing was that the rice served with it had a dry texture, as if it had been kept warm for a long time. With hopes for the future, I'm giving it ☆2. Thank you for the meal.
