Had the Special Spicy Miso Soba and it is we delicious. Came with a small amount of yuzu on the side which tasted delicious in the soup. Also had some iron plate gyoza on the side, very delicious.
View on GoogleTsukesoba here is very delicious. Eat two types of noodles and add them to the tsuke soup. If you leave half of the buckwheat noodles and apply the coffee oil, it will be transformed into a refreshing taste and it is very good. You can enjoy a different taste when you put brown rice tea in the tsuke soup left after eating. Introspection☆☆☆ service ☆☆☆ cuisine☆☆☆☆ Chewy noodles (hardness)3.5
View on GoogleThe Tsuke-men is only one :) The noodle is so thin and chewy.
View on Google塩そば is delicious! The miso is hard to pass up too! But I noticed I had a free-topping coupon, handed it over to order, and the older female staff member said, If you don't tell us when ordering, we can't do it❗️ It hadn't even been 1 minute since I ordered, and the food wasn't ready yet… Then they gave me another coupon (lol) If you don't intend to honor them, you shouldn't hand out coupons like these❗️ By the way, I accumulated 4 and threw them away. Is your employee training okay? Why not say, if you have a coupon, please give it to us first! That's what service means Back at 金字塔 after a long time! I had my favorite miso ramen and gyoza🥟. The gyoza were very delicious! The menu has grown so much it's hard to choose. I'm curious about the dried-sardine and green-curry options, so I'll go again
View on GoogleI had something to do in Akabane and some spare time, so I chose this restaurant for an early lunch. It was approaching lunchtime, so the place was bustling. I ordered 特選熟成塩そば After waiting a few minutes, the 塩そば arrived. Beautifully colored soup, thick chashu, thin noodles, scallions, chicken meatballs—plenty of toppings. The soup has a flavor with a distinctly noticeable roasted white-truffle aroma. The thin noodles pick it up well, keeping you eating. Partway through, you can dip them in coffee oil to change the flavor. A special soba you can enjoy 2 ways in 1 meal.
