Oldschool Japanese cafe, a kissaten that serves pancakes 🥞 Classical music playing. I could see the (likely) owner working his magic from the counter seating area 990 drink set (coffee ☕️) *710 for just pancakes The set comes with two BIG pancakes 🥞 I’ve had Japanese pancakes at these 🤤Japanese cafes and they’re often tiny! These are big 😇 The pancakes come with butter, whip cream and syrup on side, wow 🤯 Only really need 2 of those hehe The pancakes do taste like typical Japanese hot cakes (aka not a lot of butter used) Overall pleasantly surprised at the quality at this fair price. Would recommend if nearby ✌️
View on GoogleA coffee shop on the Higashi-Jujo Ginza shopping street offering a wide menu, including freshly ground, freshly brewed house-roasted coffee, sandwiches, and homemade sweets!! Ordered the Original Blend (530 yen)🍴 During morning hours, ordering a drink gets you toast and a boiled egg!! The coffee is a blend of Brazil, Colombia, and Ethiopia — well balanced and easy to drink😊
View on GoogleI had the curry from the morning set. I thought the portion might be small, but it came with soup and salad too, and it was just the right amount for breakfast. I'll be back.
View on GoogleFirst visit for the morning service. The owner served us politely, and the old-school yet calm kissaten atmosphere was just right for the morning. The morning set is Komeda-style, where bread and an egg come with the price of your drink, so it felt like a good deal — a nice breakfast.
View on GoogleToday I used this coffee shop for a work meeting. I came a little after noon, and there were quite a few customers. Looking at the menu, you can tell they put real effort into their coffee. I saved the blend coffee for last and started with an iced coffee and coffee jelly. It's Golden Week, but it's pretty hot, so I cooled myself down first. The coffee jelly had a simple, rustic flavor and was delicious! At the end I ordered the blend coffee — fragrant with a rich body, very delicious! With half price from the second cup and good-value meal sets, I felt it's a coffee shop with great value overall.
