My regular place closed down, so I visited this sister restaurant♪ Fresh liver! A wide variety of horumon!! Red meat with umami and tanginess!!! No complaints! I really love it! Thank you for the meal(〃▽〃) The interior was very clean and spacious, a really comfortable place♪

The interior is spacious and clean, so good! The chairs are tall and comfy, and there's lots of space per person! The best♪ _______________________________φ(･_･ ○ What I ate ○ ⚪︎ Yakisuki set ¥1500+tax ⚪︎ Ramune ball soda ¥380 _______________________________φ(･_･ I went for the set of A5 wagyu loin eaten with egg sauce, apparently their specialty! It comes with namul, kimchi, and soup, you can get a large rice, and sangchu refills are available, isn't that amazing?! Six big, tender slices of loin! It was delicious♪ I was surprised it was a soft-boiled egg instead of beaten egg. You can't coat the meat with it, but when wrapping in sangchu it held together nicely. Not bad at all... The rice was delicious too...! Even though it's lunch, they brought out hot tea at the end... their hospitality is next level. The staff were all super pleasant too!

A yakiniku restaurant a little under 10 minutes' walk along Jujo Ginza. Right next door to the famous eel restaurant "Wako." Unusually for a yakiniku place, the glass-walled interior feels open and spacious, so it looks like families could enjoy it too. The grills are smokeless gas roasters. First, starting with the appetizers. The "white senmai" has a soft yet crunchy texture and is very delicious. The "heart sashimi" stands out for its freshness; the crunchy bite the moment it hits your mouth and the refined umami that spreads afterward are very impressive. Next, on to the grilling. The savory aroma of the grilled "premium harami" stimulates your appetite first, and one bite surprises you with its tenderness and juiciness. The meat is firm yet not heavy at all, and the umami fills your mouth. I also had around 6 other cuts, with a rich variety from springy, bouncy ones to melt-in-your-mouth ones. You can tell the preparation is careful and the ingredients are good, so I think even people who aren't big on horumon would find it easy to try. Also, you can order half sizes, which satisfies the urge to eat lots of different things. Delicious!
