Maybe one of the best ramen in Kanamachi.
View on GoogleA ramen shop that's become a hot topic for the surprise of having tobiko in it. Every time you scoop with the renge spoon, a popping texture spreads through your mouth — addictively delicious. The soup leans light and the aftertaste isn't heavy, so you can enjoy it comfortably to the very end. There are both counter and table seats, so it works for anything from eating alone to going with friends. Before you know it, you've naturally finished the whole bowl.
View on GoogleHad the Tokusei Puchi Puchi Paitan 👍 It's chicken paitan-based, and the tobiko gives the flavor an accent! Looks like the soup is carefully simmered for a long time with herbs and vegetables mixed in! The chashu is high-quality pork shoulder loin, slowly cooked at low temperature for over 15 hours — so much time and effort goes into it!
View on GoogleA tobiko-starring ramen I'd been curious about since seeing it on TV. The popping texture of the fish roe adds an accent, making it a totally different kind of fun from regular ramen. The soup has a gentle flavor and is easy to drink, so it's no surprise it's popular with women too. The interior is calm and easy to walk into, and by the end you'll want to savor every last bit of the soup.
View on GoogleA ramen shop about a 5-minute walk from Kanamachi Station on the JR Joban Line, mainly serving foamy chicken paitan ramen and rich foamy niboshi ramen!! Featured in the media and drawing tons of attention is what I ordered this time: the Tokusei Puchi Puchi Paitan Soba (1480 yen)🍴 The soup, made from a large amount of carefully prepped Awaodori chicken bones combined with vegetables and herbs, is rich yet refined, and the whole-wheat noodles paired with it are full of wheat flavor😊 The toppings are tender rare loin chashu made over 15 hours, nori, kikurage, onion, chopped green onion, a seasoned egg, and popping tobiko!! The tobiko, kikurage, and green onions send all kinds of textures racing through your mouth — pop, crunch, crisp!! Of course the seasoned egg is perfectly seasoned too, with a gentle flavor that makes the richness of the egg stand out!! The popping texture was way too addictive, and I enjoyed it down to the last drop!!
