Arrived right at opening time on Sunday. There was already a line out front... Couldn't get in on the first round, so I stood by at the front of the line for the second round. Maybe because the tsukemen takes a long time to boil, I waited about 30 minutes to get in... This time I ordered the Noukou Niboshi Ramen, which is rumored to be rich. As rich as the rumors said. The noodles were firm and springy, the ideal niboshi ramen♥ It was delicious. Also, the staff were friendly. Next time I want to try their signature tsukemen too🤤 Thank you for the meal.

○Taste Thick, rich soup. Super tasty. The noodles are medium-thick, smooth and chewy. For the topping you can choose soy sauce garlic or yuzu kosho; I chose soy sauce garlic. Adding it in the second half really ramps up the punch. The low-temperature-cooked chashu is also tasty. There's also vinegar on the table, so I changed up the flavor at the end and finished everything. ○Price Tsukemen 1000 yen ○Restaurant atmosphere Clean interior. No bad smell either. ONE OK ROCK-type BGM. The staff's service isn't bad either. You're asked not to use your phone while eating. ○Wait time Arrived 12:20, 30 minutes ○Location Near Kanamachi Station, good access ○Would I go again? I'd like to go again

Since it was my first visit, I ordered their signature tsukemen. When I asked for atsumori (hot), they said they could do it but didn't really recommend it, and that instead they could reheat the soup, so I ordered the regular cold version. The noodles are thick with strong chewiness, chilled and firmed up. The soup is a thick, rich seafood-tonkotsu type that clings well to the thick noodles. Both the flavor and umami are intense. There are 2 kinds of chashu, pork and chicken, and both are tender. For the topping you can choose soy sauce garlic or yuzu kosho, and I asked for soy sauce garlic. In the second half, I had them reheat the soup once, added the soy sauce garlic and ichimi togarashi to the soup, and enjoyed the flavor change. It was a very delicious tsukemen to the very end. But still, personally I wanted to eat the tsukemen piping hot too.

Weekday lunch, 11:45 The restaurant was 80% full Chose the tsukemen The dipping broth is the common rich tsukemen type, but with no off-flavors or harshness whatsoever; the umami and depth are well balanced, and the fact it's served piping hot also left a good impression. Very tasty. The noodles are thick and straight, the plate is chilled too, they're firmly set with strong chewiness, rich wheat flavor, satisfying and tasty. The noodles and dipping broth pair very well, and it's nice how the firmly chilled noodles reach just the right firmness in the hot broth. There are 2 kinds of chashu, rare chashu and chicken breast, both tasty. The yuzu kosho that came out as a flavor changer(?) didn't have much effect. Soup wari is self-serve from a pot, and I drank it all. It's classic tsukemen, but the quality of everything is high, and I'd like to try other menu items too.

First visit. Ordered the special tsukemen, medium portion. When you hand over your ticket, they ask whether you want soy sauce garlic or yuzu kosho as the condiment, but the ticket machine actually has condiment selection buttons, so it's better to look around carefully. Sorry, staff. The special tsukemen was beautifully plated, the dipping broth was rich, and as for how delicious it is together with the noodles, I have no complaints. The staff's service was good too, and I could enjoy my meal comfortably.
