It was a lovely soba shop with a calm, old-fashioned atmosphere. The interior was clean, and you could enjoy a leisurely meal. The soba was fragrant, with just the right firmness, and very delicious. It paired perfectly with the dipping sauce, and I enjoyed it to the end without getting tired of it. The staff were kind and made me feel comfortable—it's a place I'd like to visit again. Thank you for the meal!

Before moving to Yamagata, I lived nearby in Kakumachi, and I remember enjoying the delicious soba here. As an adult, I've had several opportunities to visit Matsudo... It was quite a long time ago, but when I came here to eat, I was happy that the owner remembered both my father and me. Many years have passed since then, so they've probably forgotten me this time😅 While wandering around the neighborhood tracing my childhood memories, I stopped in for dinner. Although it was May, the temperature was summery, so I asked to change the extra-large soba to zaru soba. The firm soba and bonito-rich dipping sauce were delicious😊 I love scallions, so I'd be happy if there were more😅 When I visited before, the parking lot was across the road, but it seems to have moved now. I used the nearest paid parking lot.

I ordered the vegetable tempura rice bowl set. The soba dipping sauce had a rich dashi flavor and was delicious. The thin soba noodles were delicious too. The tempura was also tasty, and I was satisfied. My companion said the chicken katsudon set was delicious as well. It has a calm, old-fashioned atmosphere, and the staff are cheerful and approachable.

A soba shop on the outskirts of town. The soba lacks aroma, making you wonder whether they even use buckwheat flour. If they do, it's probably a small amount of imported flour. The cutlet in the katsudon is about as thick as a smartphone, but the shrimp tempura is big—the batter, that is. Overall, I get the impression they run the business greedily. Unless you live nearby, you probably wouldn't choose this place when craving soba. Oh, it's not bad, certainly not. It doesn't taste bad either, and compared with ゆで太郎, I'd recommend this place. To people living nearby, though.
