It thought it was shabu-yo. The atmosphere and service is fair. However, the sukiyaki dashi was so sweet so we could not able to find the real taste of the meat-slices. I hope they would improve the flavor.
View on GoogleIt was my first time at しゃぶ菜, and I was satisfied. It was also my first time at a shabu-shabu place where you pick your own vegetables self-service, but there was a wide variety of vegetables lined up, and noodles, udon, and rice were all-you-can-eat too, so I was very satisfied. What impressed me most was the extensive lineup of condiments. The one called crispy soy sauce was especially tasty. I enjoyed mixing and matching them with the broth in my own way. The furikake was tasty too. I was happy that the dessert waffles and ice cream were all-you-can-eat as well. The interior had a bright atmosphere, the seats were spacious, and the staff's explanation on my first visit was crisp and easy to understand. They also checked in attentively, asking about refilling the broth or whether they could clear finished plates. There are lots of serving robots and the meat came out quickly, but it tends to get congested around the drink corner, and when it's crowded it was a bit hard to walk around. You have to go into アリオ for the restroom and it's pretty far, which is a small minus, but I think that can't be helped given the location. I had a few gripes with the drink bar—Pepsi was only the zero-calorie version, and there weren't many carbonated options—but there were lots of hot drinks, which left a good impression. Prices are reasonable overall, so I think it's a shabu-shabu place you can drop by casually. I'd like to go again soon. Next time I want to try the sushi set.
View on GoogleLocated in 亀有アリオ, a spacious and clean place! I came for lunch. I think the vegetable bar is fresh and well-stocked. The curry rice was delicious. The meat was delicious too. But maybe because the ponzu condiment wasn't good, the shabu meat and vegetables were just meh. The sesame sauce was too thin and salty. ⭐︎I think if the ponzu had a bolder flavor, it would bring out the umami of everything. ⭐︎Mixing peanut sauce into the sesame sauce made it delicious.
View on GoogleI visited around 14:00 on July 12, Reiwa 8. The vegetables, meat, sauces, and soup were all delicious and satisfying, but if I had to name one complaint, the plastic drink cups are way too dirty. They're all sticky, and when I poured a drink, grease floated to the top. Do you pre-rinse them before putting them in the dishwasher? And do you regularly clean the inside of the dishwasher? I hope it's improved by the next time I go. It's nice that you can have waffles and soft serve too.
View on GoogleIt's right after you come in the entrance. Apparently it's a newly opened しゃぶ菜. It seems it opened in March 2025. I went in at lunchtime on a weekday and was surprised by how many customers there were. Looks like it'll be busy for a while. ・It's almost fully self-service. Robots bring water and meat. You go get vegetables, rice, curry, and ice cream yourself. ・The taste is good. ・The vegetables were mostly good too, but just the napa cabbage looked noticeably sad. ・All ordering is done on your own smartphone. That's fine in itself, but in that case I'd like them to have 5 or 6 charging batteries available to lend out for free. Because if your battery dies, you can't order, right? ・I couldn't find anything like kitchen paper to wipe your mouth. With curry or hot pot your mouth gets all messy, so I'd like some. ・The curry loaded with pork belly is hearty. It's mild in spiciness and saltiness. If they put salt & pepper or ichimi nearby, you could adjust it to your taste. ・The ice cream was smooth and high in fat. The toppings were strawberry and chocolate, and the strawberry was a jelly full of fruit pieces—delicious. Depending on how crowded it is, there seems to be a time limit like 90~120 minutes. It feels like it'll be busy for a while.
