The fried rice I ordered had rice just a little softer than I like, but it was very delicious. The chicken-bone broth coats it moistly, and the chashu is tasty too. The soup is clean, clear, and deep in flavor — the ramen must be delicious too. The owner couple are both full of energy, and as I left, a hearty, loud 'Thank you very much~!' from the back of the kitchen sent me off.

I had the liver and vegetable stir-fry set meal. Both the liver stir-fry and the miso soup were salty; it might be just right if you're doing physical labor in summer.

Tanmen: 750 yen An orthodox-style tanmen, and it was delicious. The soup comes already seasoned with plenty of pepper. The service was polite. There are only table seats inside, and it was comfortable. Thanks for the meal!!

I had the wonton noodles. The shoyu soup has what you might call a gentle seasoning. It may feel a bit light, but on a hangover day it's probably just right. The noodles and wontons were both cooked just right and tasty. The inside is bright and clean, and it feels like a very comfortable place to eat. Thanks for the meal.

Today I came alone at night for the first time. The inside was clean with the menu posted on the walls, and I went orthodox with ramen & half fried rice for 880 yen and gyoza for 480 yen. The ramen was an old-fashioned light shoyu ramen and was delicious. The half fried rice was a bit dark, maybe from soy sauce, and looked like it'd be strongly flavored, but it wasn't salty, with a texture somewhere between loose and moist. The gyoza skins were soft rather than crispy, a bit of a letdown for me since I love crispy, but the seasoning was good. Next time I plan to come for the meatballs at 700 yen.
