I ordered the Mapo Tofu and honestly wondered if we were talking about the same dish. It had tofu, but that was about it. Thick sauce, disappointing flavor, and none of the spicy, numbing character I expected. Definitely not coming back.

View on GoogleEntered around 14:00 on Saturday! Town Chinese! This is the first shop where I had lunch in the first land. I had gomoku fried rice! The degree of looseness was exquisite and it was very delicious! Came with seaweed soup and zha cai! The tea was also jasmine tea, the aroma was good and the temperature was just right! It seems to be managed by a married couple, and I felt there were many regulars! ※The gyoza in the photo is my companion's lunch set.
View on GoogleSeeing customers who seem to be regulars entering one after another, it seems to be a shop rooted in the community. The taste was not special and ordinary, but the two owners who seem to be a Chinese couple are very friendly and respond well. Next time I will try gyoza and yakisoba.
View on GoogleIf we talk about town Chinese in our house, it is "Ryu-en" where a friendly wife welcomes us! (^-^) The shop is not spacious, but there are table seats on the 1st and 2nd floors. On weekend nights, it is often full, so I think it is better to book by phone in advance. Whatever you eat is delicious, but gyoza, spring rolls, of course! Gomoku noodles, shrimp fried rice, Shanghai-style yakisoba, sweet and sour pork, etc... After all, whatever you eat is delicious! 😁 Shark fin soup can also be obtained at a reasonable price at Ryu-en! Special fun set ¥2000- is also recommended. (^^) I was too absorbed in eating, gomoku noodles... forgot to take a picture😅 Addition: I visited at lunch time! Daily lunch 1. Sichuan-style Mapo Tofu 2. Stir-fried pork with wood ear mushrooms and eggs. Mapo Tofu is a spicy taste that makes you sweat with the scent of Sichuan pepper! Rice goes well! Stir-fried pork with wood ear mushrooms and eggs is full of wood ear mushrooms! The thick chewy texture is irresistible♬ This includes rice, 2 gyoza, soup, salad, and zha cai for ¥950-!
