I ordered the garlic noodle. I didn't know that noodles and topping can be customised so i went with normal. The noodles were a bit firm (should be adjustable) for me but the soup is quite good, salty. The potion is quite big too.

I had a great bowl of soy ramen for 1000 yen. The cook ist super friendly and can speak English! Food and service is amazing.

The ramen is so good 👍so full 😤 I’ll be back next time I go to Japan

I visited らーめん大 with my wife for the first time in a while. They use a cash-only meal-ticket system, with a vending machine at the entrance. We both chose らーめん, and I also bought an extra ticket for 背脂. For the topping call, my wife chose normal, while I asked for extra vegetables and ニンニク, together with the paid 背脂 I’d bought earlier. The bowl that arrived was an impressive sight, with so much 背脂 covering the entire mountain of bean sprouts that it got me excited. I really like their selection of table condiments, so I sprinkled on plenty of black pepper and enjoyed the crunchy vegetables coated in 背脂. I feel the normal broth strength is the most balanced and easiest to enjoy. A thoroughly satisfying bowl that filled me right up. Thank you for the meal.
