ramen club Totonoe
3 minutes on foot from the North Exit of Kanamachi Station; turn right as soon as you leave the station. Walk a little along Rikadai-dori and on your left you'll see a noren curtain reading 《麺》. When you open the door, a single-plank wooden counter stands solidly before you. The interior has a clean feel, based on white and wood grain. Our shop has only 8 counter seats. ◆The menu has two signature items: 《Shoyu Ramen》 and 《Kombu-sui Tsukesoba》. A dense, aromatic clear chintan soup made lavishly with chicken, pork, and seafood. Our noodles are fresh noodles supplied by Kokoro no Aji Shokuhin in Matsudo. The aroma of the soup and toppings drifting through the shop tickles your nose. Guaranteed to get you hooked after just one taste, at Kanamachi Station…

We came here for lunch and waited less than 5 mins. You have to order from the machine and hand your meal ticket to the server. Everything was in Japanese so we struggled a bit but the server was kind enough to help us order! The place is small but had great ambiance. We ordered the tantan ramen and kelp water Tsukemen w/ braised pork belly rice. The service was fast and everything was delicious! The pork was so tender and tasty, the noodles were cooked perfectly and the broths were the star of the show. We’re already planning on coming back because this has been the highlight of our trip so far!
View on GoogleHighly recommended this place. It's the best noodle place I've ever came across in Japan. You don't need a soup to eat the noodle here...it is one completed cuisine. Full of surprises, worth coming every month.
View on Google(Written on September 3, 2026) The delicate, refined presentation of the tsukemen, served with kombu-infused water, creates a beautiful contrast with the bold, indulgent kakuni rice.
View on GoogleBest miso soup I’ve ever had. The ramen was phenomenal too.
View on Google1st time: Got the konbu sui tsukemen. It was a clean and refreshing konbu sui tsukemen. The amount for the price was good. The wontan had real filling inside of it unlike other places. I would just love to order a side of wontons if I could. The egg was boiled to perfection. It has a slight marinated taste to it that was not over powering. 2nd time: Got the tantan tsukemen. The tantan tsukemen soup was creamy. I wonder if it would taste better if it was spicier. It was good none the less.
