A Jiro-style ramen shop, close to Kameari Station and easy to drop by. It's unusual that besides shoyu, the menu also has miso and shio. I had the spicy miso ramen, but it isn't that spicy. Also, the amount of noodles and chashu didn't seem that much for a Jiro-style place. The portion means you don't have to force yourself to overeat, which I actually like.

I went in around 2 PM on a Wednesday afternoon, and there was only 1 other customer. It's run by two friendly women, which I thought was unusual for a Jiro-style place. Order Ramen 950 yen (250g) Large 100 yen (100g) I usually eat around 300g, so I was torn about going large, but when I asked the staff, they said it was 300g before boiling, so I went large. Toppings: No garlic Extra veggies Extra fat The chashu is delicious! The noodles are on the thin side for Jiro-style, but they had bounce and were tastier than they looked. The veggies were just right too I got extra fat, but it wasn't that much. Overall, the taste is classic Jiro-style, not much of a “wow, so good” impact, but the pork and veggies are pretty good, so since I live nearby, I'll probably come again when I'm craving it One thing that bothered me was hygiene~ the overall state of cleaning, a foreign staff member blowing their nose hard while cooking… and, as other comments mention, the way the pork is placed Thanks for the meal.

First visit in a while. I didn't see the manager attitude mentioned in the comments, and it felt really nice. With ingredient costs soaring, I think they're doing their best at this price. First visit in a while. Did the manager change? The taste seems milder than before The pork is smaller than before but was delicious Thanks for the meal Delicious! Ordered the spicy-numbing one. The pork was sold out Ordered ramen, large, everything extra, with rice First visit in a while Did the manager change? The taste seems milder than before. The pork is smaller than before but was delicious. The noodles are filling, the pork is tender, and the veggies are piled high. The kaeshi feels a little on the sweet side The chashu was to my liking The owner's service was polite and nice too. Thanks for the meal.

A Jiro-inspired shop that's friendly to beginners too! The taste is the best, double pork is my default! I've been here several times, but this time there was a complainer, which made the shop noisy. Afterward, the other customers around were given a free bowl ticket as an apology💦 I think that's the best possible response!!
