The shop seems to serve Japanese soba as 「堀切そば」, 中華そば and curry as 「中華そば・清水」, and udon and ramen as 「麺処・糀や」. I went at lunchtime and had 拉麺(700). The thick, curly noodles hold the broth with its strong dried-sardine stock flavor. Delicious. I liked it.
