Had lunch at Soba-dokoro Hanakura 🥰 It's a certified "Katsushika no Genki Shokudo" restaurant, and its appeal is its health-conscious menu, with plenty of vegetables and reduced salt ✨ Hanakura has a really wide variety on the menu, so I really struggled to decide what to choose. This time I had a dish where I could fully enjoy the aroma of the soba, the umami of the dashi, and plenty of yuba, and I was super satisfied 💕 In summer, the ume oroshi soba is refreshing and delicious 😋 I'd definitely love to stop by again
View on GoogleI had the kamo nanban soba. It's nihachi soba, so it had a nice firm bite and was very delicious! The broth wasn't too strong either; it was mellow and just the way I like it.
View on GoogleA soba shop in Kameari. It fills up at lunchtime on holidays. The soba has a nice firm texture, the tempura is decently tasty too, and it's a place I can recommend to others. The interior runs deep, and there's plenty of room between the seats in the center, so there's enough space that coming in with a stroller or the like is no problem. Note that payment is cash only (as of Feb 2023). The TV is a CRT, the stand lamp in the restroom is a National brand, and so on—the interior has a Showa-era vibe.
View on GoogleOn the weekday-only Mini Donburi Lunch, I had the tendon and hot tanuki soba (¥1000). The soba comes in a bowl so big a pair of disposable chopsticks could almost fit inside. The broth doesn't have much of the saltiness typical of soba, with an elegant aroma and taste. The tendon has shrimp that's nice and meaty. There's also pumpkin and more, and the donburi sauce wasn't overdone, so the flavor and taste were just right.
View on GoogleA soba shop with a nice atmosphere and old-fashioned shitamachi (old downtown) charm Food is served on the slow side I ordered the buta toro seiro, but I didn't feel any particular care went into either the kakuni or the soba.
