麺座 でん カツシカン!麺やKATSU!
A 3-minute walk from Kanamachi Station, "Menya KATSU!" is a ramen shop where you can enjoy "seafood pork bone W soup" that combines the umami of seafood and the richness of pork bone. The rich aroma of seafood spreads on the first bite, and the deep richness of pork bone follows after. We serve a bowl that is rich but not too heavy, which you will want to drink to the end. In addition to standard ramen, we also have a rich menu to enjoy according to your mood, such as tsukemen that goes perfectly with the soup, and mazesoba where you can taste the umami directly. Furthermore, the new regular menu "Butayarou!" is also very popular. Strong pork bone soy sauce soup, combined with vegetables, garlic, and fat, food...

delicious!!
View on GoogleVery tasty ramen. Both the noodles and the soup are one of the best I've had. The noodles are chewy, thick enough and firm enough to be very tasty. The soup has a deep flavor. All the toppings (egg, menma, etc ) are just the way I like them. The place is child friendly too. I'd like to try the other options the store offers next.
View on GoogleAfter eating the intended ramen, because of indigestion, I searched for ramen shops around and because the reviews were good, I visited as a 2nd shop. It is about 7-8 minutes away from Kanamachi Station, and it was in an easy-to-understand location. Inside the shop, counter seats are the main thing but the structure has depth. Since it's a 2nd shop, I wasn't that hungry so I ordered ramen for 980 yen. It has nothing to do with ramen, but there is an outlet at the seat and it seems it's okay to use it for charging, that's nice. Waiting 7-8 minutes until the bowl arrives. The visual is a simple ramen but it is beautifully served and looks delicious. First, a sip of soup, rich seafood soup and slightly viscous, and the fish flavor is effective, it is my favorite taste. The noodles are medium straight noodles, the texture is chewy and delicious. The way to slurp is also satisfying and good. Char siu is also no problem in size and thickness. Overall, it was a delicious ramen.
View on GoogleI wanted to eat Jiro-type ramen so I visited. Char siu is thick and soft, and the volume of vegetables is also quite a lot. Chopped garlic is placed firmly, but since GABAN black pepper and fish powder are always available on the table, you can enjoy it while changing the taste in the middle. I thought it was kind that two types of soup, light seafood and thick pork chicken bone, are prepared for "soup wari" for tsukemen and mazesoba. It is rare to be able to choose the aftertaste depending on the mood of the day. It is crowded at lunch time, but maybe because there are a decent number of seats, the time until serving was not very long. If you are looking for a strong bowl, the satisfaction should be high. The road around is a little narrow, so if you go by car, it is good to check the nearby parking lot in advance so that it is smooth.
View on Google5 minutes walk from Kanamachi Station. Previously the shop name was "Katsushikan", but somehow it changed to the current name. Today visited before 11:30 on a weekday. There is one previous customer. After that, customers continue to enter one after another. In addition to ramen, tsukemen, abura soba, and Jiro-type are also covered. The menu is a lot so I was confused but I ordered the standard "ramen". I changed it to a large portion and it was 1,080 yen. Served about 8 minutes after ordering. Soup with a strong seafood flavor. Maybe because there is more liquid fat than before, the soup is very thick. There is a little viscosity and the soup and oil stick well to the noodles. The noodles are thick noodles with a chewy texture. With 300g of noodles, it was a satisfying bowl. Maybe because there is a university nearby, I got the impression that the taste and menu have changed to something more punchy for young people than before. It is also rare to have a charging spot at the counter seat.
