Probably the best izakaya I've been to for lunch. Food is amazing and the ramen is superb. Liked the shio ramen a lot 😋
View on GoogleBecause the reviews were good, I visited for the first time. Located on the first floor of a high-rise apartment building near Kanamachi station, the interior has a counter and several tables for 2 people, and the ceiling is high, so it feels open. Since there was a review that this shop has snacks in addition to noodles, I intended to drink from noon, but it seems that ramen is the main menu during the lunch session. Although I ordered beer, after wondering what to do for snacks, I ordered niboshi mazesoba and cold fresh fish shio soba, and we shared them while drinking. The niboshi mazesoba used thick noodles and was filling and good, and the cold fresh fish shio soba was also good, cold and refreshing for a hot day. Next time I would like to visit at night and try other menus.
View on GoogleAlthough it says 'noodle making', there are only 3 types of ramen. Don't be fooled by the name of the shop. I think it would be better to just write it as an izakaya? Maybe because of that, there are many types of drinks, and I think they are probably particular about sake. The snack menu is not large, but all of them are under 500 yen. The most expensive one was 470 yen, if I remember correctly. The quality of the food is average. Well, it's cheap so it's acceptable. Well, since I came to a shop that says 'noodle making', I ordered ramen as a finisher. The noodles for chuka soba are curly noodles. The taste is not too strong and not too light. The kake soba that my companion ordered felt like 'the noodles!' without any toppings at all, and at this appearance, it's 800 yen!? Surprising. At least if there was chashu or menma...
View on GoogleI was invited because the part-time female staff is graduating♪ Cheers with Mega Highball🍻 Lots of snacks!! The clam ramen was delicious🍜 The kake ramen seems to have been made by the part-time female staff ← I drank too much Mega Highball so my memory is🙀 Severe hangover, the damage is... A hangover is proof that I had fun😇
View on GoogleLate December 2023, all-you-can-drink course 5,500 yen. This day was a big year-end party with a total of 11 people including p, a big regular customer. Started with draft beer with sashimi as a snack. Followed by potato salad, shumai, chicken liver pate, wonton, etc. The conversation with noodle friends flowed and I kept ordering Mega Highballs one after another. From the middle, it's ramen time. 6 types: wild boar soy sauce soba, nodoguro salt soba, clam salt soba, flounder soy sauce soba, pheasant soy sauce soba, and spicy miso were served sequentially, and 1 bowl was shared by 3-4 people. All of them are definitely delicious but the one I liked the most was the wild boar soy sauce soba. A little back fat floats and the wild boar broth has no unpleasant habits and is full of umami. It matches well with the refreshing and sharp soy sauce and is very delicious. The noodles are thin straight noodles. The soup also mixes well and is comfortable to slurp. Although it was sharing, I ate 6 types of ramen so I finished full. Thank you very much to the shop owner and all the participants until late.
