This is the recent one of in fashion ramen restaurants in Japan. At order the menu which you want to eat, you can choose several option for the noodle hardness, the solid oil amount, and so forth. The soup of the ramen, it is based on pork.
View on GoogleRamen 🍜 here is really good. You have to buy from the vending machine and it may be a bit overwhelming if you cannot read Japanese. But don't worry just ask someone which button is the Ramen and go for it.

View on GoogleThere are 3 types of flavors: soy sauce pork (shoyu tonkotsu), salt (shio), and miso, and this time I chose miso ramen. The miso richness is solid and the soup is very delicious, it goes well with the noodles and I was able to eat it deliciously until the end. Ramen is served quite hot, so water is definitely needed, but because of that, I could feel the deliciousness of freshly made. Ramen is about 890 yen per bowl, there are many types of toppings, and I think it's a good point that you can add all toppings for about 1250 yen. The store was empty so I could eat calmly, and the staff's response was kind and I was able to eat comfortably. When I came about 17 days ago, the chashu was thick, but this time it was as thin as ham, which bothered me a little. Even so, the taste of the ramen is really delicious, and since there are 3 types of flavors, I want to try shoyu tonkotsu and shio next time. It is a shop with an atmosphere that is easy for people from students to adults in their 40s to enter, and I think it is a shop that I want people who want to eat ramen in Kanamachi to visit once.🍜
View on GoogleBecause I was able to eat comfortably, I posted this. Entered for the first time around 11:15 before lunch. Greeted with a cheerful voice, and bought a meal ticket. After waiting for about 5 minutes in the clean shop and table seats, the ramen arrived. Although the chashu is quite thin, there is no unpleasant smell or seasoning that is too strong, a good quality that can be eaten without discomfort. The soup is also a mild cloudy type and there is almost no animal smell, for me the saltiness felt a little strong, but I felt it was a good match if there was rice. I requested hard noodles and was satisfied with the texture. And because they are short, it is difficult to slurp. Satisfying taste, aroma, and texture. Thank you for the meal!
