2021.02.10 (Wed) I had the yakiniku kalbi bento for lunch. The meat was thin and crispy, but the balance with the side dishes was good and I was satisfied with the value for 650 yen. It's already made so you can take it home immediately. I wish I could add 200 yen more for a large portion of meat.

They also have lunch but it's a bit expensive. For people like me who come to Tateishi mainly for drinking from outside the district, the prices in the shopping street in front of Tateishi Station and Nakamise become the standard, but considering that, the prices of horumon etc. feel expensive. Like, if you eat horumon and kalbi here, you could eat horumon skewers and drink beer at Nakamise... Also, Gyushige is in the shopping street in front of the station, and it is also somewhat disadvantageous in terms of location because you have to walk a little from the station. If it's charcoal yakiniku, Gyushige also uses shichirin, so I feel there is no major advantage.

The taste is impeccable, but because it was a little cold and not piping hot, and it seems they forgot the large rice I ordered, so a little minus. Because it's empty during lunch time, it's helpful when you're in a hurry.

I've actually never used the inside of the shop. I always buy the kalbi-don for takeout. Even at night, you can enjoy the kalbi-don at an affordable price of 750 yen. The meat is thin but there's a lot of it! It has the scent of charcoal grilling, so it feels like I'm eating yakiniku, and it's our family's go-to bento. Someday I want to try using the inside of the shop! For now, I always recommend the bento to my friends ww

I had the sundubu. It's quite light and the spiciness is moderate, so it's recommended for people who aren't very good with spicy food.
