Great soba shop with reasonable price for a set meal! The owners dont speak any English and there is no English menu but you can just take photos of the food outside then show it to them. Lots of space for a big group
View on GoogleOne of the best local restaurant in Tokyo. Loved everything which we ordered.
View on GoogleI came here because I wanted ramen from a soba shop. It looked quite good, with dark-colored broth, fairly thick chashu, leafy greens, menma, naruto, and garnishes. The broth was quite delicious and went well with the noodles. I sprinkled on shichimi partway through, and it was delicious enough to drink to the last drop. I'm also curious about the croquette don, which I don't see elsewhere, the special tendon, and the ika tendon.
View on Google【Updated comment, April 2024】 My brain had been working flat out since morning and my head was spinning To recharge my energy, I headed to 『寿々喜屋』 and ordered 「鳥唐揚定食」 Its 【classic set meal】 appearance raised my expectations. Plenty of potato salad, you know lol The karaage is crispy outside and juicy inside, with lots of meat juices spilling out with every bite I'd have liked a little more initial seasoning, but quietly enjoyed changing the flavor with sauce I'm conservative, but maybe I'll try some other menu items too 【Updated comment, July 2023】 I really feel that 「たぬきそば」 at 『寿々喜屋』 is exactly my thing Having missed lunch as well, my desire for rice was at MAX! I ordered the unusual 「コロッケ丼セット」. At first glance it looks like katsudon, but come to think of it, they do look pretty similar lol The sweetness of the croquette and the slightly sweet bowl sauce match perfectly! The home-style flavor somehow warmed my heart too. 【First comment, June 2023】 Around February, when it was still a little cold. I went to nearby 『寿々喜屋』 for lunch! Whatever you order is delicious, but among them, 「たぬきそば」 is a must! Slurping the slightly sweet broth together with softened tempura crumbs is just addictive.. It's a place I want to keep visiting!
View on GoogleI went at lunchtime on a weekday. It feels like a soba shop favored by the locals. I ordered the katsudon set (katsudon + kitsune udon). First, the udon: naturally, it has Kanto's dark broth. It's subtly sweet and delicious. The noodles are average, perhaps? They aren't exceptionally firm or anything. Maybe they're deliberately made easy to eat. It also has naruto and crisp leafy greens, and both the presentation and the bowl are attractive, showing some extra care. Then the katsudon, which was wonderful. It's hard to describe, but it's not the usual flavor. First, the pork's savory flavor is really brought out. The coating isn't crisp and dry, but it isn't soggy with oil either, which might also be intentional. It goes with the slightly distinctive sauce and they enhance each other further—this is delicious. The portion is substantial too, and I think men would feel full. It might be a little much for women. It takes a little time to arrive, so take care if you're in a hurry. I found a good restaurant.
