We wanted to try to coffee but we were refused because we had a child even without stroller. Very shameful. Children are not pets.
View on GoogleA coffee shop a little way from 青砥 Station. It’s near テクノプラザ in 葛飾 Ward. The hand-drip coffee is very delicious. I liked the dark-roasted タテイシブレンド. Care also goes into the interior and tableware, such as ceramic cups, and you can spend time in a lovely space while enjoying the art and conversation with the owner.
View on GoogleA stylish coffee shop. The interior isn’t large, and 2-3 groups of customers fill it up. Order takeout. I only drink iced coffee, but rather than the strong acidity often found at third-place-style spots, it has a rich, full-bodied flavor and is delicious. The shop has no parking, so if you come by car, use a nearby paid parking lot. There’s a large parking lot beneath a nearby apartment building.
View on GoogleA refined café On Sunday, I had 1 hour free while waiting for my bicycle inspection, so I visited a nearby café alone. It’s a precious find because good cafés are hard to come by around here. The interior is truly quiet, with no music playing. There are 4 tables for 2 (8 people total) and 4 counter seats, so it isn’t cramped. The door lets in light from outside, so it doesn’t feel enclosed and is comfortable. When you enter, they ask, “Coffee beans? Or drinking in?” Once seated, they explain each menu item individually, so you can choose a coffee that suits you. I chose 柴又ブレンド (650円). The prices are a little high, but it has none of that unpleasant aftertaste? you get after drinking café au lait, and tastes clean. Some people may find it too quiet to feel comfortable, but choosing beans is fun, and if you’re alone, it might be a good place to zone out.
View on GoogleA drip coffee shop along National Route 6 in 青砥. Inside, there are about 3 table seats and about 3 counter seats. I found it while looking for a promising coffee shop around here. It seems to be run by a married couple? and they offer several roast types. A large roasting machine makes an immediate impression when you enter. They seem particular about the tables and tableware, giving the shop a distinctive atmosphere. There seemed to be regular customers chatting, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I had a scone and coffee. They were very delicious. Since seating is limited, it seems best not to stay too long. You can also take home coffee roasted at the shop. The bags are plastic. It seems they can’t grind for espresso. I’d like to go again.
