This is a really nice museum to learn about volcanic phenomena not only in Oshima but also around the world. Beware, there is barely any English in the explanations. For a more inclusive experience of foreigner tourists, I would suggest that they at least add QR codes for English translations and the film they show at the start to have English subtitles
