The Chinese soba is popular here, to be honest it's ok .. But the creamy chicken ramen is FANTASTIC. Cash only. Order from the machine. Counter seating only. Unisex bathroom

This place is located just a short walk from Shimo-Akatsuka. I was able to get in without waiting around 2 PM on a weekend. From then until I left around 2:30 PM, although there was no line, it remained full, which shows its popularity. It is said to be a ramen shop where the owner from Kyoto is particular about ingredients from Kyoto. The soup, where you can feel the seafood and fish stock, is of the type that permeates slowly, and a slight sweetness is felt, making it mellow. The homemade medium-thin noodles are flat, and you can enjoy a smooth slurping sensation and a chewy texture. It feels like it gradually absorbs the soup, and it gets better as you go along. 3 types of chashu also have their own characteristics and are delicious, and I reaffirmed that I do like the hung and roasted chashu. The shrimp wontons were also delicious, not only the shrimp flavor but also the skin was soft and plump.

I came here after searching for a ramen shop that was still open after 2 PM. Arrived around 2:30 PM and there were about 2 previous customers. Because it was raining heavily, the place was empty, so I was lucky. It is a long, narrow shop with only a counter, and it seems to have more capacity than it looks from the outside. I ordered Special Chinese Soba and rice at the ticket machine. There are many soy sauce bottles in the kitchen, and there is an atmosphere that shows they are very particular about soy sauce. After waiting a few minutes, the ramen arrived. The soup is quite dark in color and has various ingredients on top, the visual is quite striking. I immediately tasted the soup. Oh, strong. It has a solid taste with chicken broth as the main and a strong soy sauce flavor. It tastes good and goes well with white rice. I don't know if the expression is appropriate, but it might be similar to the image of oden that has absorbed the seasoning. The noodles are thin and feel supple. Because the soup is strong, medium-thick noodles would also seem to fit, but these noodles were also delicious. There are 3 types of chashu with different flavors. I'm happy because I prefer chashu that is thoroughly cooked rather than the low-temperature cooked type. Personally, I like the one in the middle. Other than that, the green onions were good. The green part is in the middle and its strong aroma is a good accent. The final result is quite calculated. Together with white rice, this is a very satisfying bowl of ramen. If I come again, I want to try the shumai.

R7.10 Visited because I wanted to eat the limited Chicken Paitan Miso SOBA The aroma of vegetables stir-fried in front of my eyes is very fragrant The flavor of miso and chicken paitan feels just right Curly noodles entwine with the soup, into the mouth A voluminous bowl Because it was a relatively early time in the evening + major train schedule disruption, customers were sparse, but by the time I finished eating, the seats started to fill up :R7,5 Ordered mazesoba Includes onsen egg by default, feels like a good deal The noodles, are they hand-kneaded noodles that can be changed for an extra charge if it's ramen? So delicious that I regret missing the menu :5th time (actually I've come more) Ordered Kombu Water Tsukemen Salt, which I've wanted to eat for a long time My first kombu water tsukemen Noodles soaked in slightly viscous kombu water First, one bite with just kombu water Next with oysters Next with kombu water, oysters, and salt Forgot about the dipping soup When I realized, the noodles were gone To enjoy the dipping soup, a large portion might be appropriate :4th time Chicken Paitan Tsukemen Noodles have a unique texture Feels like you have to try it to know. Delicious Dipping soup is foamed. Ingredients are almost all with the noodles, green onions and chashu are really delicious. It's good to be able to put them in yourself while adjusting Under the dipping soup, there is a little spice or seasoning settled Lemon, it was delicious to eat by dripping it on the noodles and eating it with the dipping soup :3rd time Ordered Cold Tantanmen. Very delicious from the start. Saltiness is restrained, but the taste is solid. The spiciness is also elegant and solid. Chicken used as topping is soft and very delicious. Like the ultimate chicken breast Noodles are medium and the amount is quite large. Satisfying enough, no room to order mixed noodles I drank quite a lot of the soup while looking for the remaining meat :2nd time This time ordered Special Salt SOBA. It was delicious. Changed to hand-kneaded style noodles for 50 yen that I wanted to try 3 pieces of chashu from different ingredients and parts, indeed very delicious. Faint aroma of star anise. It's rude to say, but I didn't notice it much when it was shoyu Hand-kneaded style noodles, feels like Kitakata ramen that is a little softer, the soup is absorbed just right Want to try eating again with regular noodles Topping ingredients like onions were delicious Worried about blood pressure, but I drank the soup to the end (matter of taste) :First visit It was delicious Visited 30 minutes before closing on a weekday Ordered set of Special Chinese SOBA + 2 Kyoto Pork Shumai, 1500 yen For me, a soup that can be drunk to the end Chashu is delicious Noodles, I imagined the usual hard texture, but the texture is different If I had to say, it feels like Inaniwa udon. Not soft, but I feel the goal is different Shumai is cooked with a steamer, smells good Near closing, almost full Tsukemen, Shio Soba, etc. were also coming out Next time, I definitely want to try mazesoba and Lu Rou Fan
