This Japanese traditional style Chinese cuisine is really nice. Such a restaurant is mixed and layered culture of Japan and China. I chose prefixed lunch including stir fried pork , ramen and rice. Pickles are also spicy and nice. They are friendly. Please note that this restaurant is cash only.

The interior was smaller than I expected. 五目そば Wow, so beautiful.👏👏😀 Maybe the prettiest I've ever seen. It's mainly Chinese cabbage. Of course, the classic datemaki is there too. A gentle soup. Some might find it lightly seasoned. I'd have liked a little more vegetables. No mushrooms & seafood. A fair amount of meat. Excellent value for money. Rating it rather strictly.⭐️4.5 麻婆豆腐 Compared with the 五目そば, the value is a little worse. It lacks punch too. It's mainly tofu, of course, but finely chopped carrot? There were other vegetables I couldn't quite identify.⭐️3.5 The owner's cooking is careful. Perhaps he pays attention to appearance too? At 11 on Saturday, I took a seat at the counter and ordered beer and the mini fried rice set. The beer was the most basic of basics: Kirin, the adult compulsory education 633❗ And the warm menma was delicious too❗ The ramen had a comforting flavor and was delicious❗ The fried rice was strongly seasoned, and the portion was hardly mini. The cucumber pickles were topped with chili oil and, amazingly, 味の素—what good taste‼️ Thank you for the meal.

950円 for a set of ramen and half a portion of ginger pork. It tasted just as expected, but that was exactly what I wanted, so I was very satisfied.

I've been coming here for many years. It might be about 50 years now. I regularly crave it, and the fried yakisoba has become my soul food. Lately, the sweet-and-sour pork too. The ingredients are large and the onion is almost raw, but mixed with the thick sauce, it's incredibly satisfying. The carrots are big too, but they're tender and delicious. Now I want to eat it again. I hope they keep going for a long time!
