When doing chores at home, this restaurant came to mind for some reason. I hadn’t been there for a long time, so I decided to stop by for dinner for the first time in a while. When I arrived, the place already looked full of customers despite it being a little early for dinner. I took a chair outside to wait. Then a guy who was also waiting kindly told me to let the staff know I was there, so I did. While waiting outside, customers kept arriving one after another, and all eight chairs were taken almost immediately. It seemed like the restaurant was still as popular as it had been before After a few minutes, I was called in and guided to a table for two, which was quicker than I had expected. After I sat down, the staff brought me a glass of water and told me to let them know whenever I was ready to order First, I ordered a beer and looked through the menu while enjoying it. The side dishes were different from before. I had wanted to order chorizo, but they no longer seemed to offer it. Instead, I found grilled sausages. They sounded like a good option as a side, so I ordered them. The plate arrived after a while with two sausages, corn kernels, and mustard. The sausages were thick and very good. The tanginess of the mustard complemented them really well When I decided to order the main dish, I raised my hand slightly. Even though the staff were really busy serving other customers, they noticed the subtle gesture and came to my table. I was impressed by how attentive they were. I ordered the 300g Stebur—described on the menu as a steak hamburger—with bread, corn soup, and a half-size green salad. The staff asked which sauce I’d like, so I chose Sengoku butter. I vaguely remembered that they hadn’t called the dish “Stebur” a few years ago, so I found myself wondering when they had changed the name Meanwhile, I started with the soup and salad, which arrived first. The soup was rich and creamy, while the salad was fresh and crisp. Both worked very well as starters before the Stebur arrived Finally, the steak was served. It came piping hot on a bed of bean sprouts, with fries, corn kernels, and a small cup of Sengoku butter on the side. I poured the butter over the steak. The meat was thick and had a texture similar to a hamburger patty. Since they only use eggs as a binder without flour, the meatiness really stood out. The butter added a rich flavor to the steak. It was just as delicious as I remembered I noticed some menu options I hadn’t seen before, so I’ll definitely come back to try them next time

Great place for steak 😋. Conveniently located , quick service and fairly priced .

Stebur is their specialty, so I thought, let's give it a try! But after eating it, it wasn't to my taste. The demi-glace hamburg steak my child chose was tastier, so on my ２nd visit I ordered the demi-glace hamburg steak! The beef stew and beef stew omurice were also delicious. I ended up preferring the side dishes to their signature main dishes like Stebur and steak. Visited again in April 2024. November 24, April 25, September.

The service was cold, and I was ignored when I called to order. The wagyu steak tasted underwhelming too, and the coarsely ground hamburg steak had 2 pieces of tough sinew. The overcooked wakame in the soup was disappointing as well.

Sirloin steak 300g（3780円） I suddenly thought, let's eat some meat, and 30 minutes later I was seated. Acting straight on impulse. Maybe even recklessly. But my first steak in a long time was delicious.
