The miso garlic ramen is simply perfect. The chashu pork, garlic slices, and soft-boiled egg all taste top-notch. The only drawback might be that the noodles aren't chewy enough. All in all, out of all the ramen I've eaten in Japan, this might be the best I've ever had. One thing to keep in mind: if you don't arrive right at opening time, there may be a long queue. You could end up waiting forty or fifty minutes.

Tsukemen, large portion The interior is somehow like a café or a diner, and feels relaxing. The nostalgic-style tsukemen has a light soy sauce dipping broth and thin noodles that are incredibly easy to eat and delicious! The Jiro-style chashu lets you enjoy both tender parts and firmer parts. The seasoned egg is incredibly tasty too! The daily specials and topping-free ramen seem especially good value. Maybe I'll try those next time. A place I recommend. Thanks for the meal (*´ڡ`●)

The sesame kimchi tsukemen is also very delicious. Having annin tofu served at the end is something else. There aren't many seats inside, but there are tables covered with tablecloths and systematically arranged table sides. Delicious oolong tea. Even iced coffee after the meal. The owner's pride and joy, with absolutely no requests accepted for noodle firmness or broth strength. It feels less like a ramen shop and almost as though I'm being given the privilege of eating his food. Strong cologne and lunch with children are not allowed. But they spend money on ingredients rather than anything else, and it's neat and quality-focused. Not many places offer this much service. And it's not expensive. I visited again after a long time, and even with these rising prices, there is no compromise on taste; it's a truly dedicated place that considers customers' safety.

My first visit, with people from work, just after 12. It happened to be full when we arrived, so we waited outside for about 10 minutes.. Once inside, I ordered the item listed as today's recommendation, the beef tendon curry and soy sauce ramen set ¥800-. ◾️About today's recommendation It took about 5 minutes to arrive. The daily special⁇ was listed as suppin shoyu ramen, and it was a simple ramen with only chopped green onions as a topping! Starting with the broth, it felt like a gentle, old-fashioned ramen⁇, but it was a light broth with a fairly strong chicken-bone flavor and a subtle sweetness from aromatic vegetables⁇. I felt it had been made very easy to drink. The noodles seemed like Chinese curly egg noodles⁇ and weren't particularly distinctive, but for plain ramen, I thought it performed surprisingly well⁇. The beef tendon curry came in a bowl and was a simple, medium-spicy curry, but it had quite a few large chunks of beef tendon, making it a satisfying dish. There was even annin tofu or iced coffee after the meal, so I thought this might be astonishing value for 800円⁇. It might be a little far from the station⁇ I think, but the value isn't bad either. Thanks for the meal.

Both the interior and the seasoning had a retro feel, and it was delicious. The shop itself isn't big and fills up right after opening, so I'd recommend coming early
