Jiro ramen that is cleaner than the average shop in this genre. Soup is more emulsified than the more standard Jiro branches. "Regular" noodle serving is 350g, which was definitely too much for me. Highly recommend adding the shoga tare, ajitama and rayu.

if you’re hungry and want porky fatty Jiro style ramen, this is the best your 850yen can buy! wheeeew the soup was so tasty and the pork flavor lasts to the last drop. the noodles have curls and are heavy and very filling. the pork charshiu is soft but can still be more tender.

Popular Jiro inspired shop near Itabashi ward office. The master used to work for Fujimaru and you can tell its influence from the slightly overcooked veggies and emulsified pork bone broth.

Pork bones based soup was so rich and a lot of vegetables of sprouts, although It was too salty to me. noodles are thick and texture was like Udon!
