The soy sauce ginger ramen was extremely delicious and very light. Loved every bite.

My favorite Ramen noodle shop in the town. Feel its soup is a bit saltier than before.

Some of the best miso ramen I’ve had! The noodles are thick, the broth is flavorful, and the portion size is great for the price! Also quick and friendly service and easy ordering system, with some translations included for foreigners.

#東京都 #板橋区志村 #拉麺アイオイ #中華そば煮干 #冷やし変更 Personal rating★★★★★ Price1300円+100円(chilled option) This shop serves delicious chuka soba with a pronounced ginger flavor. I came right at opening on Saturday and got in easily. The interior is spacious, clean, and feels comfortable. This time I ordered the tsukemen version of 中華そば煮干 with the chilled option. It's also nice that, during summer only, you can have it chilled for an extra 100円. The bowl arrived promptly. Niboshi soba with warm broth and cold noodles. The wavy noodles, almost flat in shape, are really delicious. The niboshi flavor came through well too, making for a satisfying bowl. The staff were kind as well, with excellent service that noticed the little details.

Today's ramen was 生姜中華そば! The refreshing ginger flavor and mellow soy sauce broth coated the fairly thick, wavy noodles—delicious! Honestly, I thought 1150円 might be expensive, but with large pork-belly char siu, menma, komatsuna, and chopped green onions covering everything so thoroughly you couldn't see the noodles, the price made sense. Besides ginger, they also have niboshi, back-fat, and miso ramen, and the half-portion fried rice set looked tasty too. The ramen was more substantial than I expected and delicious!
