An absolutely outstanding sesame tsukemen. The dipping sauce is incredibly rich and flavorful, with a deep sesame taste that’s perfectly balanced and never overwhelming. The noodles are excellent — firm, well-cooked, and they coat beautifully with the sauce. The portions are very generous, so you definitely leave feeling full and satisfied, which makes the experience even better. Every bite was a real pleasure, and you can truly feel the quality and care put into the dish. Honestly, one of the best tsukemen I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.
View on GoogleThe moment I entered, there were no customers at all, I thought I made a mistake. They say the tsukemen regular and large portions are the same price. I ordered the Chashu Egg Tsukemen large portion with menma topping. Waited about 10 minutes, the order arrived. The soup is a pork bone soup, but it's not that bad. It's not bad, but it feels cheap and doesn't cling to the noodles. The noodles, which are the core, are slippery noodles containing kansui. It's the same type as the ones sold at supermarkets, and they are not delicious at all. The menma is also commercial menma sold on the market, no uniqueness. The large portion that doesn't change in price is equivalent to a regular portion. If there is anything to praise, only the chashu is decent. In conclusion, This is not a level worth going out to eat. It's better to buy Nissin's Tsukemen no Tatsujin at the nearby Life, buy menma, chashu, and beer, and eat at home, the satisfaction level is higher.
View on GoogleAfter hesitating, I ordered the regular tsukemen (with seasoned egg and chashu). What flavor is this... someone please tell me. A taste that makes me not know what to answer if asked if it's delicious... please really tell me, what flavor is this, or is it just that it didn't suit my palate... There are few reviews and I entered without knowing much, and even after eating it, I didn't understand and felt uneasy. Tsukemen for 1000 yen feels a bit expensive... The atmosphere of the shop is like a Japanese izakaya with counter seats, nice. Personally, there was a TV and tissues, so I was secretly happy.
View on GoogleThe taste is not bad, but not worth praising. It's a bit bothersome that it smells like pork bone, so people who don't like it might hate it. I didn't like it, so this is my rating. Tsukemen large portion, with chashu and egg for 1000 yen.
View on GoogleThe taste is ordinary, maybe delicious. I entered at lunch time and there were no customers, so I thought I made a mistake. Sesame dipping sauce, after adding soup stock, the taste disappeared, which is a pity. Contrary to the shop's name, it's light, so I want a little more richness or some innovation in the taste. The noodles are also thin-type noodles for tsukemen. Since I like very thick noodles, I might use it again when I don't have time. For those who like thin noodles, light soup, and are looking for a shop that is not too crowded, this is the best. Photo is Sesame Egg Tsukemen with menma topping.
