I was traveling Japan for 2 months. While i was there i ate a whole lot of ramen, one at least every two days. This ramen shop had the very best ramen i have eaten while i was in Japan. The size of the serving was the best. The taste of the broth was the best. The ingredients were all fresh and very delicious, there was a great selection of extra toppings like garlic on the counter. You place your order by buying a ticket on the ticket machine, then you wait outside until you get called in. There is a little bit of waiting time but it is well worth it for this ramen. 10/10 would recommend. I even went there twice during my trip because it was so good. The chef is an older man whose fingers are soaked up from the hot water of the noodle cooking. You can definitely see the kodawari in his work.

The quality of the ramen at Musashiya is consistently reliable. Every time I visit, it delivers the same satisfying standard.

Great Ramen for a great price! The broth is incredibly rich, the noodles nice and thick and the meat is well marinated and jucy. You can even have a bowl of rice with it for free if you want(they will ask you). And let me say to you, it fills very good. I always had a medium (the smallest except for the mini ramen) and I was completely full after it. They maybe will ask you, how you want your ramen. If you say futsuu (normal), it is a great balance of broth and texture of the noodles. Also highly recommend to use the complimentary garlic, sesame seeds or ginger to add to your ramen. All in all a great finding and even after eating there for over 5 times already, I will still come back for more. Cheers to the ramen chefs!
