My partner's mini katsudon also had three cutlets as the name suggests, and the dashi of the egg used to close it was also moderate, and I recognized again that the good thing about a soba shop is that the dipping sauce and dashi are delicious. I deducted points because the TV sound was a bit loud. They don't give out wet towels either. Other than that, it's a shop with lucky cats everywhere, typical of the Showa era. You might be able to taste the feeling of time travel. The food is delicious and the cost performance is good, but it might not be suitable for those looking for friendly service.
