Original homemade noodles made at our own factory in Fuji, Shizuoka Prefecture, using carefully selected wheat flour and natural water containing vanadium. These are original noodles that take time and effort. For soy sauce, in addition to Irimasa soy sauce, we use soy sauce that has been carefully selected, and the blended soy sauce sauce makes the soy sauce ramen a refreshing taste that you won't get tired of. For salt, we use Ako's natural salt, etc., and the salt sauce blended with a secret broth has a mellow taste without any harshness. 【Access】 2 minutes walk from Shimo-Akatsuka Station

A Machi-Chuka style shop that is rarely seen even in the Matsuya group. I think it's impeccable in terms of cost-effectiveness. If I had to distinguish it from a regular Machi-Chuka, maybe it's convenient because mobile ordering is possible if you use the Matsuya app. About a month has passed since the opening, but I get the impression that the number of customers has calmed down.

Matsuya's Chinese business store. I had seen it at Nerima Station, but it also opened in front of Shimo-Akatsuka Station. Near the railroad crossing, the place where Matsuya used to be. That Matsuya moved to the former Mac site across the street. Nearby are Gyoza no Manshu and Kirin, a Machi-Chuka with profitable set menus, so it's a quite bold store opening. Because the store I was aiming for was full, I stopped by unexpectedly. 3 staff members are all foreigners. The gyoza isn't as much as Manshu but the vegetables are crunchy and it turned out to be quite delicious. Mapo Tofu also arranges spiciness and numbness with table seasonings. It's not bad for the price, but since it's a self-service store, it's troublesome to refill if it's for drinking. Well, but it's cheap. Draft beer medium 330 yen, lemon sour 290 yen. Is the benchmark Hidaka-ya or Kourakuen? The toilet seems to be on the 2nd floor after leaving the store and going up the stairs, so since it's troublesome, I moved to the next store at the time of the closing ramen. How about the simplest Shoyu Ramen 630 yen. Next time I will eat it because eating 3 things at once, ramen + roast pork fried rice + gyoza, is only 1,450 yen. By the way, I heard that Matsuya was a Chinese shop, not a beef bowl shop when it was founded. It's a ticket machine system and various cashless payments are possible. Thank you for the meal.

Because it's a store that just opened and I was curious, I went. Ordered mapo fried rice and 3 gyoza. Mapo Tofu is quite spicy. Sichuan pepper is also effective, a little numb. However, it's a bit salty. Fried rice has a strong mapo taste so I couldn't tell much. Maybe it's ordinary. Gyoza is quite large, and I think 3 pieces are enough. The price of gyoza is originally cheap, so I think the cost performance is good.

Lunch at "Matsuken Chuka Shokudo Shimo-Akatsuka" which opened on June 14 (2025) at the former Matsuya location in Shimo-Akatsuka. It's a Matsuya Foods group store. Buy a meal ticket at the ticket machine, and when there is a call, go pick up the food. After finishing eating, return the tableware. It's a food court style store. I had "Mapo Garlic Fried Rice 880 yen", "Half Ramen (set) 320 yen", and "Draft Beer 330 yen". "Mapo Garlic Fried Rice" had a strong taste and a B-class feel full of challenges. It was delicious. The set "Half Ramen" also had a solid taste and didn't feel like an extra, it was a really delicious shoyu ramen. Both have strong flavors so they were a perfect match for draft beer. Thank you for the meal! *The Matsuya that was there before seems to be moving to the former McDonald's across the street.

Beef bowl chain Matsuya participates in the Chinese industry Matsuken Chuka Shokudo, which can still be counted in Tokyo, opened in Shimo-Akatsuka About 2 minutes off the station It's a place where Matsuya used to be (by the way, Matsuya moved to the place that used to be Mac across the street) Because I am a Matsuya fan for beef bowls (and set meals), I went with excitement but... Big failure 😣😣😣 Ordered fried rice set Frozen food level The amount is also small... It's terrible that the taste is too strong or too thin, transcending the scope of preference It's really too bad to pay over 1000 yen for this Moreover, there is a system where orders are entered automatically when you buy a meal ticket, but you are made to wait for more than 10 minutes even though it is not particularly crowded The taste does not reach any Chinese chain store If it's in Shimo-Akatsuka, Gyoza no Manshu or Fukushin nearby can make you feel millions of times happier I understand that there are individual differences in taste, but I cannot recommend it at all
