My favorite place since I was small! Kotteri ramen + lebanila = the best!

I visited Kitakata-ya Main Store in Itabashi and had their Kitakata ramen with half fried rice. The ramen immediately grabbed me—it’s light yet rich in flavor, with a comforting, nostalgic taste that makes you want to keep eating. The chewy, curly noodles pair perfectly with the soup, making every bite satisfying. The half fried rice was also excellent—fragrant, nicely textured, and a perfect match with the ramen. What really impressed me was how incredibly clean the restroom was. That level of cleanliness reflects the care and attention the restaurant puts into everything. Great taste, great experience, and definitely worth a “like.” I’ll be coming back again!

Kotteri garlic bean sprouts + chashu Small curry rice Ramen close to the chatcha style with back fat floating on top of a sharp soy sauce soup. Delicious taste that doesn't betray expectations. The bean sprouts are not just bean sprouts, but stir-fried bean sprouts with chives and there is meat that is like minced chashu? so it's exciting! Curry rice has a strong taste, slightly spicy, and contains minced pork.

To "Kitakata-ya Main Store" in Itabashi. Lunch with the golden set of Kitakata ramen and half fried rice as usual. I was healed today with the clear soup, chewy noodles, and stable fried rice. I was glued to the hot and fragrant steam from the "moyashi soba" that others were eating in the shop... That combination of thickness and crunchiness, it must be delicious, right. I decided to order "moyashi soba" next time!
