It's a 1〜2-minute walk from the exit of Itabashi-kuyakushomae subway station. It seems to be an independently owned restaurant run by someone Chinese. I ordered the alcohol set at dinner. You can choose 1 drink and 2 dishes. This time I ordered a highball, fried sausages, and stir-fried shrimp and eggs. Prices seem to have gone up, but the set was around 1400円. I think the food is tasty considering the price. They also seem to have a very extensive menu.
View on GoogleI'm Chinese. On April 18, 25, while my friend and I were considering what to order and hadn't yet decided, a female staff member came over and said: “Hurry up and order. Our main customers at night are Japanese people who come to drink. We can't do business with you occupying the seats like this, can we?” (Said in Chinese; that was roughly the meaning.) I was very surprised and offended by this remark. We had also come as customers and were simply taking care in choosing our order. Prioritizing customers of a particular nationality and treating other customers as “occupying seats” is clearly discriminatory and unprofessional. It completely killed our appetite, and both my friend and I felt extremely uncomfortable. The food wasn't bad, but with treatment like this, I don't want to return and can't recommend it. I'm Chinese.18th,April,2025.l,I visited the restaurant with a friend. While we were still looking at the menu and deciding what to order, a female staff member (likely the owner) came over and said to us: "Hurry up and order. Our restaurant mainly caters to Japanese customers drinking at night. You guys occupying the tables is bad for our business."(Said by Chinese, but basically that's the meaning) We were utterly shocked and deeply offended by this statement. We were customers who had come to dine and were simply taking a reasonable amount of time to choose our food. The implication that customers of a specific nationality (Japanese) are prioritized and that we were merely "occupying tables" is blatantly discriminatory and highly unprofessional. It completely ruined our mood for the meal and made both my friend and me feel extremely uncomfortable. This kind of treatment ensures we will never return and cannot recommend this place to anyone.
View on GoogleI had an errand near the Itabashi ward office, happened to walk past, and visited for the first time. I went during dinner hours. What drew me in was a sign at the entrance advertising a bargain set with the straightforward name “Alcohol Set.” You can choose 1 alcoholic drink and 2 snacks. (1080円 before tax) There's a varied selection. We went as a pair, and if you each choose different dishes, you might not need anything else?? It's that substantial. You get 4 dishes in total. We ended up not stopping at the bargain set and drank plenty, just as the restaurant intended, so the bill came to a fair amount, haha. Each dish was carefully prepared, and although the seasoning suits Japanese tastes, we still enjoyed authentic Chinese cooking. The air conditioning is ice-cold and smoking is allowed, so personally I like this place.
View on GoogleThe service isn't good. I used to come often because it was affordable and upgrading to a large fried rice was free, but prices have gone up and a large fried rice now costs +150円. The fried rice is delicious, but I feel the ramen in the set has declined in taste.
View on GoogleA tasty and affordable Chinese restaurant. The seasoning leans toward Japanese tastes, but the flavors were authentic.
