In March, the cherry blossoms here bloom earlier than the surrounding area, coinciding with the plum blossoms at Kitano Shrine. At nearby Kitano Shrine the plum blossoms are blooming. March 1, 2020, already in full bloom. The plums are blooming too and at their best.

So they sometimes hold workshops that children can join too. They charge a fee, but it's reasonable. It would be nice if there were events where both kids and adults could try out local folk performing arts.

Found it while pottering around on my bike, so I stopped by. I went in as far as the entrance, but it wasn't really clear what the facility is for. In short, a waste of tax money and a cushy landing spot for retired bureaucrats.

We use it every month for dance practice ( *´艸) There's nothing particularly special about it, but for me it's a place I love!

Quite a while ago, I came here for several days to study Noh. The facilities were splendid. Parking 🅿️ available, first come, first served.
