Good atmosphere, gentle service is also wonderful. But the noodles are super soggy... Are they pre-boiled? There is no scent of buckwheat flour either. Tempura, I want them to put out salt. Noodle soup is extremely sweet and it is understandable that they want me to use it with tempura. Tempura with tempura soup, soba with noodle soup. If you can't do that, please give me salt 🧂 If you put tempura in, oil floats, the soup temperature rises, and there are people who hate it. Soba and soup were totally no good.
View on GoogleIt is a soba restaurant with a history of over 50 years. The Kaika-don with dashi is also delicious, and I devoured the set menu. I visited on a weekday but customers were constantly coming in. I am glad they seem to be loved by the local people.
View on GoogleReasonable amount for the price and the taste is as expected with a solid dashi, good. Among the soba restaurants around Itabashi, this is my favorite.
View on GoogleOn a weekday night, I had nabeyaki udon. The noodles are thin and slippery, like a slightly thicker version of Inaniwa udon. Easy to eat. Mochi, egg, shrimp tempura, Chinese cabbage, chikuwa, shiitake mushroom, kamaboko, green onion, bamboo shoot, fu, crab stick, mitsuba. The tempura was freshly fried, crispy, light, and delicious.
View on GoogleThe tempura is exceptionally delicious. So the recommendation is tendon. Tendon and katsudon can be taken out. If you enter the shop and say you want to take it home, it's ok. They will put it in a disposable container. Pickles were also included. A popular shop that has survived since a long time ago. I've been going there since I was a child. Nabeyaki udon is also delicious, but can it be taken out? I'll ask next time.
