Niboshi Chuka Soba Naoji is a representative of the 5 great ramen of Niigata. Faithfully inheriting that taste, they became independent in March 2020 and became "Niigata Chuka Soba Umekawa." The clear, light niboshi soup is a delicacy that cannot be tasted anywhere else. In Tokyo, you can only eat it here. Please try it!!

Nice little ramen shop serving gorgeous Ramen. Great choice of ramen dishes at very reasonable prices.Ordering system via a machine as you walk in. Friendly, helpful and welcoming service. Relaxed informal atmosphere. Definitely one of the better ramen restaurants I've visited in Tokyo and worth a visit.

If I could only eat at one restaurant for the rest of my life, it would be here. The quality of ingredients, the balance of flavors, the attention to detail - everything is perfect. Every meal I have had here has been uniquely exceptional. Whether it was the flavorful shoyu ramen or the rich dipping broth of the tsukemen, each dish left me savoring every bite and thinking about it for days afterwards.

I had the tsukemen with extra char siu slices. The soup base was really nice and salty. Warmed my bones and the dipping noodle portion was generous. The chefs pointed out where I could help myself to water. If you can't read Japanese they have a pay in advance vending ticket which is accurate to other images in the reviews. (Google lenses is your friend to translate) make sure you have 1000¥ notes with you and press the buttons of what you would like to order.

ramen fried rice combo at its best. the ramen was great but the friedrice was the star! liked the simplicity of the soup but it could have more flavor. the noodles were also good but not special. now the chahan, it was excellent cooked only when ordered and was very flovorful. even the red pickles were perfect.
