わんデットWanWan Coaster Wandit
It looks like it's for kids, but once you ride it, it's surprising!? A hugely popular coaster that adults can enjoy too. There's a soap bubble effect right after the start, you go around the course twice... that's what really captures everyone's hearts! The coaster looks adorable too, so it's perfect for little kids taking on their first roller coaster challenge!

Strangely, this doesn't have to do with the NHK character..
View on GoogleYomiuriland is free for kids up to 2 years old. Maybe because there are restrictions on rides for kids up to 2, admission + attraction fees are all free. Accompanying adults need to pay attraction fees, so we bought a free pass for our 3-year-old. So, about this Wanwan Coaster. A roller coaster for kids 3 and up. Real roller coasters are pretty intense even for adults, so this is perfect as practice before thrill rides. My son really enjoyed it. By the way, if you come by the Odakyu Line you take a bus, but if you come via the Keio Line from Keio-Yomiuriland Station, you ride a gondola. Not just 2-year-olds, even adults get excited before they even enter Yomiuriland. (The scenery is wonderful, like cherry blossoms in spring and illuminations at night)
View on GoogleVisited on 2025.9/3. I'm not great with thrill rides, but this one lacked excitement and wasn't very fun. However, it seems like it'd be a good introductory ride for people who really can't handle thrill rides or kids trying one for the first time. As for target age, it's more for elementary schoolers and up; for kindergarten-age kids it might be a bit too intense. For kids 5 and under, I recommend starting with the new ride "Dino Runner" right nearby.
View on GoogleI rode with my 3-and-a-half-year-old. I rode without worry since it's a roller coaster you can ride from age 3, but my child hit the back of their head and bit their lip, causing bleeding. It's far scarier than the roller coaster in Toontown at Disneyland. The seat belt is a simple one, and there's nothing to protect the back of the head, so be careful if you ride with a 3- or 4-year-old. We went on a Monday, the substitute holiday after the school sports day. About a 45-minute wait. From the evening on, it became a 30-minute wait.
View on GoogleNot too scary not too boring either, just right the ultimate ride, everyone's gotta ride it or you're missing out big time with a One Day Pass you can ride all you want without a One Day Pass it's 300 yen per person
