I'd been curious about it for a while and visited for the first time. The beer and food were delicious and reasonably priced. Those two things really are essential for somewhere you'd visit regularly. The staff's service was ◎ too. I visited alone, but there's counter seating for 3 groups, so you can feel comfortable coming by yourself. The other tables were lively too, and the atmosphere was really nice.
View on GoogleI come a few times a year with my mom friends🍻 Overall, it's reasonably priced, so you can enjoy yourself without worrying about your wallet. There are 2 semi-private rooms that are comfortable to enjoy, so I book ahead. The 2 gelato varieties change regularly, but they're always delicious✨️
View on GoogleI stop by Yanokuchi now and then, but didn't know there was a yakitori place. Takeout is ordered at the window on the 1st floor, while the 2nd floor, reached by the stairs beside it, seems to be for dining in. This time I took home karaage (5 pieces, 539円). Perhaps my timing was good, because they fried it when I ordered. It took about 10 minutes from ordering to pickup. I paid with Rakuten Edy, by the way. It was more substantial than I'd expected and delicious, so although I'll mainly use it for takeout, I'd like to stop by occasionally. I checked with the staff, and the tori-don can also be changed to salt seasoning, so salt fans can rest easy.
View on GoogleVisited a little after 20:00 on Saturday It was full, and they offered to contact me when a seat opened up, so I asked them to do that. They contacted me after about 20 minutes, and I got in without any stress. Despite being busy, both the service and operations were well handled, leaving a good impression. As for the food The yakitori is just delicious! The grilling and saltiness are incredible. Whoever is at the grill must be seriously skilled. This feels like somewhere I'll keep visiting for a while. They have lots of alcoholic drinks too. I'm impressed that this is a chain restaurant. I'll visit again. Thanks for the meal. ※My recommendation is pork belly lettuce!
View on GoogleIt's been 1 week and a little since I came to Yanokuchi. I've visited a few times on weekdays. I think the food overall is pretty decent. The yakitori is good considering the price too. I'm from Kyushu, and it's nice that they serve roughly chopped cabbage! That's normal in Kyushu, but in Kanto it's usually not served, right? You eat it with garlic sauce, and it's quite tasty. Cabbage really is essential with yakitori・・or so I think. A refreshing sauce for the cabbage would make it even better. The alcoholic drinks are cheap too, which is nice. The staff here are all young, with plenty of handsome guys and cute girls, but best of all is that the girls serving you smile! Repeatedly ordering is normal at an izakaya, and having a cute girl smile at you each time feels nice! Well, maybe only middle-aged guys think that・・・(-_-;) But it's important for a restaurant, so I really hope they keep it up. There aren't many izakaya around Yanokuchi Station, so it's valuable, and you can relax with a drink alone at the counter, making it a welcome place for frequent business travelers! A handsome young man carefully cleaned the counter after the previous customers left too. Watching that, I gave it extra points as well. September 2024
